Very, Very Small Strings
2005 November 12
Whenever Orange Bear happens upon some string, he makes sure to take it to his friend Mr. Crumpet.
Mr. Crumpet loves string. His collection of string would make the cats of the world envious.
“Now, Orange Bear,” he asks, “Did you know that a math formula written by our friend Leonhard Euler, the original Sudokulist, contributed to the birth of string theory?”
“No, I did not.”
“Well, now you know,” Mr. Crumpet says as he adds another string to his collection.
