Timbit Cheer

December 22, 2007

One recent snowy evening, Orange Bear, Phil the Owl, and Milton Mole gathered together to share some Christmas cheer over a box of Timbits. Well, maybe it was two boxes.

Phil the Owl nibbled one Timbit after another with surgical precision and savored every crumb. (Almost every crumb. He extracted the raisins from the Dutchies.) Phil was also pretty fussy with the jelly-filled Timbits. He took all the napkins for himself.

Milton Mole hoarded his chocolatey share of Timbits for the Mole family and set aside a couple old-fashioned plains for Mr. Crumpet (his favorite).

Orange Bear devoured every honey dip Timbit he could lay his grubby paws on.

“Orange Bear, have you seen the two old-fashioned plains I set aside for Mr. Crumpet?” asked Milton Mole.

“Erm,” gulped Orange Bear. “Collateral damage.”
